As one of the largest private teen-led MUN conferences in the MENA region, SODMUN brings together over 500 passionate students to engage in high-level debate, negotiation, and policymaking.

Vishesh Shah, Rayan Hussain, Aarav Mamtani, are the Co-Founders of the team who look over all operations. The Secretariat team has various departments such as the core team consisting of: Dhairya Kamlani, Niyamat Nanda, Tanya Bhargava, Ram Prasad, Ananya Joshi, Jinal Ravaya, Adnan Faisal, Haider Salik & Clayton Monteiro. We would also love to praise our extended media team with 2 departments: Creative Visuals & Editorial and Media which are lead by: Ankshita Tiwari, Parth Menon & Sanithi Perera!

The team eventually was able to raise over 50,000 AED for a project after our last conference that will help provide access to electricity in schools in rural India by building renewable solar panels, an unconventional undertaking as charity projects on behalf of an MUN are often rare, inspiring other students to also make real-world impact.
